Timberrrrrrrr? No, no. This is a roof.
I had a buddy of mine a year or so ago have problems with his email on his website for a business he was launching. They weren't making it to his inbox. And if you're a small business owner, this is a main requirement. Sure you can get by on Facebook or other media platforms. But when people are searching for roofing experts and they land on your site, they want to be able to contact you quickly. Chances are they NEED to contact you quickly.
Michael (the business owner) reached out to me and I got him fixed up and his email working again. As well as some other website enhancements. I know we all have to make a living, but I believe it to be a moral imperative to lend expertise to friends and family whenever you can. Just knowing that I was able to help Michael and get him squared away was enough for me.
Fast-forward a year and some change and our skylight is leaking a few days before Christmas. Who do I call? Michael. He gets back to me and lets me know when he can come check it out and lets me know what I can do to prevent water from coming in.
It feels great to know that I can lean on someone with domain expertise where I have none. Obviously this job will require more than some clicking and configuring of digital assets (literally a new skylight), but I don't have to go searching for a roofing expert, and I don't have to put my time and money on the line on a critical repair to my house.
Don't trust me? Trust 36+ people who have used Michael already -

If you're in the Spokane area and need anything roofing related, you can check out his great work here.
